About Me

Martha Crow: Though I now live and work in Brooklyn, I grew up in a small town in Ohio, where my interest in art developed. I majored in Fine Art at Oberlin, and later received an MFA in painting from Queens College. In addition, I recently studied classical painting at Grand Central Atelier. From early on, I have mostly painted still lifes, both large and small, yet I am interested in painting figures and landscape as well. I want my work to be realistic and timeless.
